Training Program
We adopt strict recruitment norms with reference to the physical fitness, mental abilities and commitments to the work etc., and there after the candidates are given a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of security and awareness about making optimum use of modern gadgets and equipment’s. In our training sessions, there would be continuous learning and sharing the professional knowledge and experience.
Our staff are well trained by Ex-service men with rich experience in intelligence with infantry, police and fire department. We also train them to make them aptly suitable for various purposes viz., industrial security, fire fighting, detection of theft and pilferage, search and seizure, and drawing intelligence reports.
We have well experienced management body that carries out recruitment from authorized recruitment centers of armed and paramilitary forces. The character, conduct and other antecedents are verified thoroughly through authorized police verification. The recruited personnel are given extensive training and on acquiring adequate skills, and then only they are deployed on duty.
Head Office Team
Our team at Head office consists of experienced officers from administrative and corporate organizations, Ex-Defence Officers and a group of well-trained security guards. We have also organizing a well-knit team of field staff, who put in co-ordinate efforts in supervising the security staff performing their duties properly.
They carry out surprise checks during day and night and maintain discipline to the entire satisfaction of our clients. They also render on the spot advice / suggestions as a course correction of site. Our staff remains regularly in touch with our clients and would sent periodical status reports in this connection, if required.
